Refund & Cancellation Policy
Information about Premium refunds and cancellation.
1. Premium purchases
Premium is a digital application feature. The checkout page will show the applicable price and billing model before payment.
2. Cancellation
If Premium is a subscription, users can cancel future renewals according to the cancellation method shown at checkout and relevant payment terms. If it is one-time, there is no recurring renewal.
3. Refund requests
Refund requests can be submitted to support@coinmastergame.store with the transaction reference, purchase date and reason. Requests will be reviewed according to applicable purchase terms, provider rules and consumer law.
4. Duplicate or unauthorized payments
Contact support promptly if you believe you were charged twice or a transaction was unauthorized.
5. Third-party promotions
A Premium refund does not depend on whether a third-party promotional link is available. Premium is an ad-free application feature.
